What we collect

• Order details — when you buy on Etsy, your order number, size/orientation, and (if provided) your name and email are passed to us automatically so we can match your order when you personalize your board.
• Personalization details — the names, dates, milestones, font, and template you enter to design your board, so we can produce and ship it.
• Messages you send us — if you use a contact or "send us a message" form, we store your name, email, and message to be able to reply.
• Basic site analytics — which pages are visited and which outbound links are clicked, recorded on our own server. We don't use third-party advertising trackers or cookies for this.

How we use it

Solely to produce and ship your order, respond to your messages, send order-related emails, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use Supabase to store data and Resend to send emails. Neither service uses your information for their own purposes — they only process it on our behalf. We don't share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
